Mandarin Orange Salad





Salad:

1 can mandarin oranges, drained

4 tbsp strawberry fruit spread

1/2 cup pecan pieces, toasted

2 tbsp vanilla yogurt

1 cup miniature marshmallows

6 romaine lettuce leaves

In large salad bowl, combine mandarin orange, pecans and marshmallows. Blend well and set aside.

The best time to buy shoes is Late Afternoon. that's when your feet have swelled and are at their largest size.
That means they will feel good in the morning and perfect when you step out at night.
As you get older feet get larger..so sad..ligaments and tendons might stretch out over time

The Five Foods You Should Eat Everyday

#1 Leafy greens Medical experts call them one of nature's miracle foods. Leafy greens like Swiss chard and kale are high in nutrients like folate and vitamins A and C that can lower your risk of cancer. Just one cup of dark, leafy greens a day could also prevent diabetes and high blood pressure.
